A serene forest scene with a flowing stream surrounded by rocks and tall trees.

bodywork that meets you where you are.

You’ve tried the massages that felt good in the moment and changed nothing. You’ve explained your symptoms to people who nodded and moved on. You’re exhausted, overstimulated, and still hurting. And you’re done settling for treatments that don’t touch what’s actually wrong.

You won’t find that here…

Hi, I’m Kirsten…

After 15 years of clinical work across medical settings, luxury spas, and private practice, I’ve developed something that’s genuinely hard to teach. The ability to feel what’s actually happening underneath the surface. Not just tension, but why it’s there. How you carry your stress. What your body is compensating for. What’s pulling what out of place and why. I can often tell more about how you move through your day from a few minutes of hands-on work than most people have been able to communicate in years of trying to explain their pain to someone.

I’ve made a career of connecting dots. Following threads. I work slowly and deliberately, because rushing through tissue is how you miss everything that matters.

My work draws from deep tissue and fascial release, reflexology, nervous system regulation, and energy-informed bodywork. Not as a menu of add-ons, but as a single fluid approach that responds to what your body actually needs in the room. Some sessions are mostly hands and tissue. Others open into something quieter and harder to name, but no less real. I follow where your body leads.

I’ve worked with professional athletes, executives, and performers, people accustomed to being handled carefully because of who they are. That was never how I operated. I treated them exactly the way I treat everyone else on my table. Honestly, directly, and without pretense. I pushed back when it was warranted. I gave real answers instead of comfortable ones. I wasn’t there to impress them. I was there to actually help them.

Nothing has changed.

I work mobile, so I meet you where you are, because the best healing happens where you’re most at ease. And I’m not interested in keeping you on my table indefinitely. My job is to give you enough understanding of your own body that you need me less.

Session Goals

I work slowly, deliberately, and with full attention to what your body is actually doing. Not what a protocol says it should need. Every session is a conversation between my hands, your tissue, and you. I’ll move your joints through their natural range, sit with the places that need time, and educate you along the way. Without pulling you out of the state your nervous system needs to be in to actually let go.

My goal isn’t to keep you on my table indefinitely.

My goal is to give you the tools, the knowledge, and the experience of what your body feels like when it’s working the way it’s supposed to, and then send you home with something real to work with.

That’s when the needle actually moves.

what to expect

Sessions are unhurried, intuitive, and clinically grounded. Drawing from over 15 years of experience across both clinical and spa settings, I integrate deep tissue work, fascial release, nervous system regulation, and energy-informed bodywork into a single session shaped entirely around what your body presents that day.

There is no standard protocol here. There is only what you actually need.

You’ll be asked to communicate - about pressure, sensation, what’s shifting, and what isn’t. The more present you can be, the more we can accomplish together. Some of the most important work happens in the quiet conversations that emerge naturally mid-session, when your body has relaxed enough to tell the truth.

Come ready to participate. Leave with something to practice.

who this is for

You’re living with some combination of chronic pain, tension, fatigue, or a nervous system that hasn’t had a real rest in longer than you can remember. Maybe you’ve been told it’s stress. Maybe you’ve been told it’s in your head. Maybe nobody has given you a satisfying answer at all.

You don’t need someone to rub what hurts for 60 minutes.

You need a reset. A real one. And someone to hear you and help you connect the dots.
